If Your Article is Not Indexed, It Doesn’t Exist

Lately google did something to their rank algorithm,   in the name of providing more relevant search results for it’s users, on official google blog it is estimated 11.8% search results will be affected by this update, say it another way, there are about 12% of google search results are considered low quality by google itself. They planned and started the update about one year ago, no wonder I saw a few of my keywords’ ranks dropped like a rock, on the other hand almost all keywords promoted by contextual links are not affected, a few of these keywords ranked better than ever, it’s safe to say that old way of link building is doomed.

What is old way of link building any way? a large percentage of SEO firms will do this,  they put your links on websites which only exist for holding links, the content on those sites will never be updated, it’s safe to assume all of them are trash, the name of link spamming sites is justified. New google algorithm most likely will punish these link spammers,  all the links on those websites will have the same fate.

A few real world examples will help to explain what I said. It was quite some time ago, I needed to rank the keyword, Grade 70 Chains, of course with old way of link building, a lot of sites I used had too many links, worst yet, those sites had no content at all. I would give credit where credit is due, this linking strategy worked, eventually the keyword could be found on first page,   the honeymoon lasted until google changed it’s mind. Here is another keyword, chain puller , we promoted this keyword with articles and blog posts, almost no plain links, now we have really good ranking for this keyword. So contextual link wins this time, what about future? In fact the only thing matters here is content, so if you create great content, your rank will improve over time, since search engines are another kind of readers. It’s never too late to build good blogs for business purpose, for instance let’s examine this one, baby strollers , in the beginning I just post to it casually, lately I added nice stuff left and right, it’s no way this site will rank, right?, actually, no, in actuality my site is ranking high for some nice search phrases. Now you can see, creating quality content and blog marketing is what we have to do to get great result. Say you’re building your own bogging network, such as Tie Down, then it will be easier to do article marketing.

Remember content is king, you just need to create content, publish and share with people, and put your keywords in the context you’re good to go, this strategy will prevail in short or long term. Whatever you do, you will need persistence and patience, long term strategy is required to improve anything of significance, i.e., selling online or improve your search rankings, now all we have to do is to give our love for creating and sharing quality content and not to worry about the ranking all the time. When publisinh articles, I prefer ezine, google will index a new article on ezine promptly, popular blogs will get your post indexed as soon as you post it, I believe you should see for yourself, say this Transport Chain, good writing, interesting content, indexed and cached, this article serves it’s purpose well.

We’re not finished yet, please remeber, the social media is the must have channel for your marketing effort. For wordpress blogs, I recommend twitter tools, then go ahead register a new twitter account and app, set up API credentials in your twitter tools option, then every new post on your blog will show up in your twitter page, it’s easy and really useful, it’s a big loss if you don’t use this tool.

Disneyland Goes to the New York World’s Fair (Part 1)

0 Disneyland Goes to the New York Worlds Fair (Part 1)Part 1 – Ford Magic Skyway
During the 1960′s, Walt Disney was working very hard to create new attractions at Disneyland that would feature Audio Animatronics.

Meanwhile, he heard that a World’s Fair was being planned and he wanted to use this as an oppurtunity to test these new robotic figures.

He got the sponsors of four big companies: Ford, General Electric, State of Illinois and Pepsi Cola.

Here he created some of the most importatn attractions ever created for a theme park.

He created The Magic Skyway (Ford), The Carrousel of Progress (General Electric), Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln (State of Illinois), and It’s a Small World (Pepsi).

Now, through this time machine, we will see these old attractions in their original state and see how truly sacared they are to the development to Disneyland.

Extreme Travel Hi Res Sjaak Around The World R1 Movie Premier Clymer Yamaha R1 Motorcycle Adventure

0 Extreme Travel Hi Res Sjaak Around The World R1 Movie Premier Clymer Yamaha R1 Motorcycle Adventurehttp://www.clymer.com 800-262-1954 http://www.sjaaklucassen.nl/ Sjaak Lucassen Official Website or http://www.facebook.com/SjaaktheWorld http://hoame.com/sjaak-the-world-movie-premier-october-1st/
Adventure Rider Forum – great site !! http://advrider.com/forums/

What camera comes up? Sjaak started with a Sony Handycam DCR-PC5E
In the spring of 2005 he added a Sony DSR-PD170 for its wide angle lens. We started Clymer YouTube with miniDV recorders also. They’ll soon be bye bye in favor of SD systems.

Although the Clymer staff wasn’t along for the ride, we did sponsor Sjaak Lucassen on his 5 year adventure to travel around the world on an unlikely motorcycle: a 2001 Yamaha R1. To make the motorcycle a serious adventure touring bike that could compete with well known motorcycles in the class including the BMW GS models and the Kawasaki KLR, the Yamaha R1 received extensive modifications including: r1 forum adapted and strengthened sub frame to attach the top and two side trunks: placed an aluminum box in the space below the tank for a spare chain; placed a small rack on the steering stem to store the GPS; Van Wylick strengthened the aluminum stay fairing on both sides with 3 mm thick aluminum plates; joined the mirror supports underneath the fairing screen with a thick strip of aluminum to prevent vibration from breaking them; installed modified (5 cm shorter) Laser exhaust pipe so the exhaust wont blow against the spare Metzeler tires; installed a Cyclelok alarm with trunk protection; installed a Hyperpro steering damper; use fully synthetic Putoline oil; installed K&N air filter; installed Osco chain oiler; installed Fuelstar between the fuel pipe so lower octane fuel can be used; placed a 12 volt adapter to charge the video camera and laptop batteries; installed an on/off switch between the supply of the right headlight to save current and still drive with one light on; installed a relay for the extra brake lights in the side trunks; and of course there was a Clymer shop service repair manual book (not a free download pdf) for all maintenance troubleshooting repair. Following in the tire tracks of such travel adventures as Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance by Robert Pirsig, Jupiters Travels: Four Years Around the World on a Triumph and Dreaming of Jupiter by Ted Simon, The Longest Ride: My Ten-Year 500,000 Mile Motorcycle Journey by Emilio Scotto, Two Wheels Through Terror: Diary of a South American Motorcycle Odyssey by Glen Heggstad, The Motorcycle Diaries by Che Guevara and Long Way Round: Chasing Shadows Across the World and Long Way Down: An Epic Journey by Motorcycle from Scotland to South Africa by Ewan McGregor and Charley Boorman, Sjaak Lucassen set out on March 2001 and through Europe, Africa, Asia, Australia, North America and South America passing through the Amazon, Congo, China, Thailand, Sturgis and the Black Hills and more, Sjaak set a great new example for extreme travel!
